By purchasing and using WhatSize, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

What WhatSize Does

WhatSize is a clothing size conversion tool that provides size recommendations based on brand sizing data. We help you translate sizes between different clothing brands.

Important: Size recommendations are estimates based on official brand size charts. We cannot guarantee perfect fit, as sizing varies by brand, style, and individual body types.

Purchase & Refunds

WhatSize is a one-time purchase of $2.99 USD processed through the Apple App Store.

  • All purchases are handled by Apple, not by us
  • Refunds are managed by Apple according to their refund policy
  • We do not have access to your payment information
  • No recurring charges or subscriptions

Acceptable Use

You agree to use WhatSize only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
  • Copy, scrape, or redistribute our size data
  • Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to access the app's source code or underlying data structures

Intellectual Property

WhatSize, including its size database, algorithms, design, and content, is owned by us and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Brand names and sizing data are used for reference purposes only. We are not affiliated with any of the brands in our database.

Disclaimer of Warranties

WhatSize is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that:

  • Size recommendations will result in perfect fit
  • The app will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • Size data from brands will always be current (brands may update their sizing)
  • The app will meet your specific requirements

Always check the brand's official size guide before purchasing clothing.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of WhatSize, including:

  • Clothing purchases that don't fit as expected
  • Return or exchange costs
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app ($2.99 USD).

Updates & Changes

We may update WhatSize with new features, brand additions, or bug fixes. Updates are free and delivered through the App Store.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Termination

You may stop using WhatSize at any time by deleting the app from your device. We may discontinue the app or deny access for violations of these terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with local laws.
